To guarantee the integrity of the conclusions, Simulstrat will retain editorial authority over the process. Careful “hot” and “structured” debriefs will extract opinions from

participants and observers. Simulstrat will prepare a final report and conclusions. Space will be made available for a complete cross section of opinions and comments.
